I have to say, out of the two trailers, this one is my favorite, so since they cover the same content, I’ll be referencing this one.

There are a couple things I’d like to mention:
Firstly, as people have already covered, this is going to be about the Time War.
Secondly…catch that bit where Rose’s eyes glow??? Is it just me, but doesn’t that remind you of Bad Wolf Rose? And the way she speaks throughout the trailer….very Bad Wolf Rose.
Thirdly, and possibly most importantly….”The moment is coming.”
